Key Benefits
- Helps you rise from sleep naturally.
- Ensures you start your day calmly.
- Rebalances your circadian rhythm.
The Lumie Sunrise Alarm is the perfect addition to your bedroom, designed to make your mornings brighter and more refreshing. Imitating the natural process of a sunrise, this wake-up light gradually brightens over 30 minutes before your scheduled alarm time. This natural awakening eases you into the day, leaving behind the jarring effects of traditional alarms. Plus, for those who prefer a minimalistic sleep environment, you can adjust the display to a low or off setting.
Not only does the Sunrise Alarm offer a peaceful wake-up, but it also caters to your sound preferences. You can choose between an optional alarm beep or sounds of nature with five natural sounds, including birdsong and a purring kitten. This ensures you wake up in a way that works best with your individual needs.
Beyond this functionality, the Lumie Sunrise Alarm serves as lighting too. With ten different light levels, it can be used as a dimmable bedside lamp or to set the ambiance with a range of colored mood lighting options.

Gentle Effective Wake Up
Very customisable and easy to use. Light is bright enough that it wakes me up before sound sometimes, but gentle enough that it's never jarring. Sunset feature is great.

Makes a difference
I didn’t expect a sunrise lamp to make much difference, but the Lumie lamp actually does. Waking up with light instead of a sudden alarm feels way more natural, and I’ve noticed I’m less groggy in the mornings. It’s simple, easy to use, and quietly makes mornings better without trying too hard.

Dreadful product
The lamp comes on and goes out very suddenly on both sunrise and sunset modes. It wakes me up with a start in both situations, the opposite of what I was hoping for.

My 11 year old son chose to spend money he’d saved up on this. He’s very please with it. He says his last alarm was too ‘aggressive’ this one is perfect, he gets himself up and ready for school without any bother now.
