This product has good possabilities and may be the best thing that you can take for better health.
I am only giving this product 3 stars because it is to soon to write an evaluation at this time. I had no expectations when I started taking it. In Feb. of 2018 there was a article from AARP talking about a lot good benefits from lowering your blood pressure to keeping your nerves in good health. It takes time, (3-6) months before you start noticing any benefits without blood work-ups. The article did state how almost all adults are severely deficient in these two minerals and the adults suffer from a wide list of health problems because of it. Take no more than two Caps a day, one morning and one evening. Like anything that can be good for you that if you take to much it can be very bad for you.
